Deirdra Alexander | Investor Relations and Managing Partner
Fay is a driven professional, focused on developing wealth-building opportunities that create financial freedom through passive investing. While earning a BBA, and Master of Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University, Fay begin investing in real estate, working as an asset manager, and flipping apartment buildings. After graduating and working in Corporate America as a director of Human Resources for 15 years, Fay ventured out as an entrepreneur, starting a one-car transportation company and growing it into a 30-vehicle, 7-figure business. With over 30 years of experience in real estate investing, Fay is devoting her time and attention to acquisitions and capital raising through multifamily syndication, relationships, and partnerships.
Sandra Howard | Investor Relations and Managing Partner
Sandra is devoted to creating generational wealth and leaving a legacy for her family and others’ families through real estate investment and syndication. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree, has many years of IT/Incident Management in the Financial Services industry, and served as an Expediter in the Manufacturing sector. Currently working in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), Sandra develops processes, procedures, and policies, that drive Continuous Improvement, and always provides Excellent Customer Service to all with whom she comes in contact. Sandra’s experience serves her well within the Multifamily world, which gives her the opportunity to achieve financial freedom and create generational wealth, while helping others do the same.
